BLACKBERRY PICKING

Blackberry picking time,get out there and get some free fruit ,take along a walking stick to keep back the thorns ,and a sturdy container to keep the berrys in .I dont pick the ones that are to soft that have a purple hue to them ,i leave them for the birds ,they should be firm to the touch.
you can make all sorts with them ,jam ,wine,pies or you can frezze them .
